Bushwacker Origin The bushwacker is an icy cocktail made with rum, coffee, and lotion of coconut. The drink has a milkshake-like structure and is normally garnished with whipped lotion and grated nutmeg. The cocktail came from 1975 at the Ship's Shop on St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Island
